There are moments in leadership that feel bigger than a personal achievement — moments that reflect community, responsibility, and a shared future. Being officially inducted into the United African Advisory Board (UAAB) by Prince George’s County Executive, Ms. Aisha Braveboy, is one of those moments.
This appointment isn’t just an honor; it’s a call to continue amplifying African voices, strengthening collaboration, and building bridges across cultures, businesses, and communities here in Maryland.
The African community in Prince George’s County continues to expand in strength, influence, and impact. Every year, our presence becomes more visible — in policy rooms, business tables, and community spaces. And being part of this advisory board means contributing to that momentum intentionally.
It means showing up with purpose.
means advocating with clarity.
It means helping shape pathways where African families, entrepreneurs, and leaders can thrive.
I’m proud to stand alongside other changemakers and to play a role in shaping the narrative of African excellence in the diaspora. The work continues — and it continues with unity, collaboration, and vision.
